#hey AI, why do the elevenlabs team think its legit to ping everyone at midnight PST?

I can’t find any official ElevenLabs documentation that specifies a policy to send announcements or emails at a fixed time like midnight Pacific. What is documented are event‑triggered emails/notifications, for example:
- Credit-usage alerts when your usage crosses a threshold you set. (help.elevenlabs.io)
- Voice Library notice‑period updates when a voice you saved is being withdrawn. (help.elevenlabs.io)
- Publishing workflow updates (e.g., when a submitted book is published/rejected). (help.elevenlabs.io)
- Invoices/receipts sent to your account email. (help.elevenlabs.io)
If you’re receiving unwanted messages, please email support so they can review your notification settings and feedback on timing: team@elevenlabs.io. (help.elevenlabs.io)

would you agree its pretty inefficient and unwise to ping at this time considering thats literally midnight for silicon valley?
