Here’s where to find and enable 2FA in ElevenLabs:
- Log in, click your profile icon (top‑right) → Settings → Add Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, enter the code, then Verify & Enable. You’ll also receive a one-time backup code—store it safely. After enabling, you’ll need a code from your app each time you sign in. (help.elevenlabs.io)

doesn't help : ( support say it would take 7 days but i need it ASAP
I understand. Per the official docs, there are only two supported ways to resolve 2FA, and only one is immediate:
- If you still have your 2FA backup code, you can use it to remove 2FA immediately. The backup code is shown once when enabling 2FA and cannot be viewed again. (help.elevenlabs.io)
- If you don’t have the backup code or authenticator access, only Support can remove 2FA. To expedite, email team@elevenlabs.io and include your account email plus as much detail as possible (screenshots, request IDs, etc.). (help.elevenlabs.io)
If you have the backup code, use option 1; otherwise continue with Support for manual recovery.
