Short answer: This is expected. “Patrick” was a Legacy voice that ElevenLabs has fully deprecated and removed from all products. Its designated replacement is “Liam.” If you were using Patrick’s voice ID via the API, requests will automatically route to the replacement voice ID, but we recommend explicitly switching your Agent’s voice to Liam to avoid surprises. Related note: the remaining Default voices are being replaced and will no longer be accessible after December 31, 2026. Plan to migrate any Agents still using Default voices to their suggested replacements ahead of that date. (help.elevenlabs.io)
