Do you mean a coupon/promo link or an affiliate/referral link? Here’s how each works per ElevenLabs docs.
Using a coupon/promo link you received:
Coupon links only work if your account is on the Free plan. Click the coupon link, then in the app go to Profile icon > Subscription, ensure Monthly billing is selected, pick the eligible plan, and the discount will show at checkout. Getting your own promo (affiliate/referral) link:
In the web app, click your profile icon and choose Affiliate program to sign up. After joining, you’ll receive a unique referral link to share. (help.elevenlabs.io)
The program is managed via PartnerStack; once onboarded you can access your link, track performance, and manage payouts from your PartnerStack dashboard. (elevenlabs.io)
