You currently can’t buy credits or change plans inside the ElevenLabs iOS/Android app. Please use the website to upgrade. Your web subscription will sync to the mobile app. (help.elevenlabs.io)
To upgrade on the web, log in at elevenlabs.io and choose a paid plan; this is the supported path for adding more credits. (help.elevenlabs.io)
If you originally subscribed via the App Store/Google Play, all billing changes must be done through the respective store. Usage-based billing isn’t available on app-store subscriptions. To move to a website (Stripe) subscription, cancel in the store, wait for it to expire, then subscribe on the website. (help.elevenlabs.io)
