I'm facing a similar issue. The agent started performing worse because ASR is not catching words at the beggining of a response.
The agent is in Romanian.
The main challange is to have the ASR understand car licence plates / names / phone numbers / emails.

I've been having these issues too. I shared conversation IDs with support, but haven't gotten any real diagnosis of what's going on or how to fix it. It's extremely frustrating
for what it's worth, we updated to the new v3 TTS and turn model and that seems to have solved the issue
