#how to fix Unusual activity detected
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Here’s what “Unusual activity detected” means and how to resolve it, per ElevenLabs’ help center:
What it means
- Your account (free tier) was flagged by abuse detection, most commonly because multiple free accounts were seen from the same IP address. VPNs/proxies, shared networks (home/school/office), or mobile networks with rotating IPs can also trigger it. This check only applies to free-tier usage. (help.elevenlabs.io)
How to fix
- Upgrade to any paid subscription. Paying users are not flagged by this check. (help.elevenlabs.io)
- Use a unique, clean IP that hasn’t been flagged (avoid VPNs/proxies and shared IPs). (help.elevenlabs.io)
Important
- Support cannot lift this restriction on flagged free-tier accounts. (help.elevenlabs.io)
If you still need to contact ElevenLabs for other issues, use the help-center contact form. (help.elevenlabs.io)
