I opened the original ticket in September but it has been non-responsive since Oct 28. I opened two more (Nov4) (because not not sure if Sept thread was dead) (and then Dec 3(because no response at all from Nov 3 ticket) but also non responsive. I am waiting for feedback on something elabs team asked me to do. I believe original support agent understands that voices team is looking after it but the contact info provided did not work so I have not been able to talk to anyone. I think the information was forwarded because I did get a HQ mark on the voice but I don't know if the review was done because all the information indicating the voice description was removed at it's insertion into the library in Oct so the team may not have noticed it. It was completely changed. It's a few items but not time consuming, though a new issue has just cropped up...so it all sort of needs to be rewritten now and it's been silent for 1.5 months so I thought I would try discord. Thank you
