#As a freelancer in french transcription, i want to know, why, there are no productions jobs on Satu
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Short answer: there’s no published policy that Production jobs pause on specific days.
What the official docs say:
- Productions is a managed marketplace where customers order human‑edited transcripts, captions/subtitles, dubs, and audiobooks; vetted freelancers claim and complete tasks on the platform. The docs do not mention any day‑of‑week job schedule. (elevenlabs.io)
- The careers pages describe “flexible workload and scheduling — claim and complete jobs directly on our platform,” but do not guarantee jobs on particular days. (elevenlabs.io)
- Productions is a newly launched service (September 22, 2025), so volume can fluctuate while it scales. (That’s an inference based on the launch note; no daily cadence is documented.) (elevenlabs.io)
If you suspect an account-specific issue (e.g., the job list not updating), contact the Productions team or Support:
- productions@elevenlabs.io (listed in the Productions docs). (elevenlabs.io)
- Submit a ticket via the Help Centre contact form. (help.elevenlabs.io)
If you’d like, share what you see in your dashboard (e.g., filters, language set to French, or any error messages), and I can point you to the relevant doc pages.

If I get too many rejections for the projects I worked on, would that affect my freelance status
I can’t find any public ElevenLabs policy stating that a high rejection rate on Productions tasks affects a freelancer’s status. The official Productions docs and “Join our Producer network” page outline services, languages, pricing, and how Producers work, but they don’t mention performance thresholds or penalties for rejections. For a definitive answer, please contact the Productions team (productions@elevenlabs.io) or open a support ticket via the Help Centre. (elevenlabs.io)

If I get rejected in a submitted work, does that mean I will not get paid for it?
Short answer: Yes—if a submission is rejected, it won’t be listed/distributed, so it can’t generate engagement or usage and therefore won’t earn payouts.
- ElevenReader Publishing: Rejected books “will not be distributed on the ElevenReader app.” Payouts are only triggered by unique engaged users of published content ($1.10 per unique engaged user), paid bi‑weekly once you meet the $10 threshold—so a rejected book earns nothing. (help.elevenlabs.io)
- Voice Library (voice actor payouts): A request to share your voice may be declined during review; payouts only accrue from paid users generating audio with a voice that’s successfully shared in the Library. If the share request is declined, there’s no usage and no payout. (help.elevenlabs.io)
If you need help understanding a specific rejection, contact support via the Help Center. (help.elevenlabs.io)

I'm a an internal freelancer working on transcription productions, not on other projects like regular people, also, I have signed a contract via Deel and I got a digital card, also even if one of the work I submitted is rejected, the cost of the project got put on my earnings, and in Deel card payouts, they are shown as on hold and will be put on my account after 20 days, doesn't that mean I'll get paid even for the rejected projects
