I'm getting the same error on my account, so it may be a widespread issue for those on the Free and Starter tiers.

If it is I am not optimistic it will be fixed too quickly since I usually can't personally get in touch with anyone this time with most of the team based in Europe. But hopefully they will get this resolved in the morning.
