the weird. thing here is;

  1. the intro is not -interuptible
  2. the "audio display bar" shows audio during the first 8s (before she actually speaks)

We get quite a few of these which means large hang up rates, would be good to understand if you are aware of it or if something we need to fix out end.

Ps if marked 'uninterptible' surely makes sense to TTS it your end and save the wav and play it at the start?
