#Hello 11Labs Team,I just want to confirm — if the “Neal” voice is already saved in my voice libra

Yes. If you’re on a paid plan (e.g., Basic/Starter or higher), you have a commercial license to use audio generated during your active subscription, provided you’re not using Beta Services and you comply with our Terms of Service and Prohibited Use Policy. Content generated on a paid plan can be used commercially, indefinitely, and without attribution. (help.elevenlabs.io)
If “Neal” is a Voice Library voice you’ve saved to My Voices, it’s fine to use commercially; Voice Library voices are offered with a commercial-use license. (elevenlabs.io)
Note: if the voice’s owner later removes it from the Library, you may lose access for future generations (there can be a notice period), but audio you already generated while on a paid plan remains usable commercially. (help.elevenlabs.io)

What is a notice period? – ElevenLabs
Hi ElevenLabs Team,
I just wanted to confirm something about the “Neal” voice. I understand that new users can no longer access this old “viral” version of Neal’s voice since it has been removed from the Voice Library. However, I’m an existing user and had already saved that voice in my Voice Library before it was removed.
Now, I’m using this saved “Neal” voice for commercial projects under my Basic plan. There’s no notice period or time limit mentioned for this voice—it just appears under “Old / Archived Voice” in my Library.
So I just want to confirm:
Since the voice is still saved in my Library and I’m on a paid plan (Basic), can I continue to use it commercially without any issue?
Thank you for clarifying this.
