Hi! I've contacted the support via mail but they didn't help me with the bug about voice isolator: I cannot find my record of 18 minutes. When I search the record in the history I only see a record of 4 minutes and it is not that I'm searching. I've recorded a voice isolator of 18 minutes withmy voice but when I try to download the file exported is 4 minutes and not 18 minutes as the screen I attach. Thanks

as you can see the record I've record through the browser and the mode "voice isolator" is 18 minutes but when I download it or I play it to listen to it, it becomes 4 minutes

I used chrome but I've tried also via Safari. I downloaded the record but it's 4 minutes

I don't understand "save the record before downloading it".. what does it mean? How can I save it if I've recorded it through ElevenLabs? This is not a file i've loaded in elevenlabs

I cannot send you the file because it's more than 10mega and I can send only files minus 10mega here

Thank you! There wasn't an error showing 🙁 I think it's like you say at this point: "sometimes the export starts before the full file is processed, which can cause it to cut short."
