How should I test for premature agent hanging up?
In a customer call today, an agent hung up after user asked a question. In the agent transcript, the agent noted "This is a natural point to conclude the call."
I tried testing with partial_conversations and agent testing ("next reply" and "tool invocation"). Unfortunately I have not been able to recreate the issue.
