Short answer: that OTP error isn’t coming from ElevenLabs. The ElevenLabs student offer is verified on the external AI Student Pack site (aistudentpack.com). Our Students page explicitly directs you to “Claim free plan” and “follow the instructions from our Student Pack site,” and notes to contact support there if you can’t verify. So OTP send failures must be resolved by AI Student Pack support, not ElevenLabs. (elevenlabs.io)
