#Channel layout

Certainly open to feedback if you have any specific suggestions but the channel layout we had before was not working at all. So something needed to be done.
I would have preferred a major overhaul but tried to do the best possible without really making big changes for now. I don't love this kind of stop gap solution but feel it has to be a significant improvement over what we had. Put a lot of thought into it given how difficult it is with so many unique products and types of users here.
Sorry, didn't mean to cause any offense. I find it a bit confusing but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
I thought the 'general' channel was a useful catch-all for certain topics.
I kind of agree with removing support questions because the server doesn't really offer the level of support that most need and it's confusing if they ask for help and get told it's not a support channel.
No offense taken at all, just looking for feedback if you had any suggestions to make that you think would make it better.
My intention was actually to make this channel (general, just renamed) almost more of a catch-all than it was with there having been too many redundant channels before.
Also there's a Discord loophole where people can still start threads in read only channels, like just happened in #❓・old-support-chat Don't know if you can block that or it needs server admin level.
But mainly hoping to keep conversational AI support questions out of it as much as possible, and directed towards #📟│agents-chat
Yes I had noticed when the thread was made. Did forget to remove that permission.
Could we use a voice cloning channel to cover IVC and PVC? Most people seem to use the voice design channel for cloning questions.
