Hello,

I put a support ticket online. I haven't heard back. This was like two & a half to three days ago. I was wondering if someone can assist me with my account billing. I was trying to upgrade from the creator account to the pro account within a week of renewing my monthly creator subscription, & is trying to charge me the full amount, & I'm just only wanting to pay the difference.
