Dear Support Team,
I attempted to subscribe to the Creator plan ($22/month), but my card was declined and the payment didn’t go through.
I then tried to cancel and re-subscribe, but the system says I can’t cancel until next month 30th augest — even though the subscription hasn’t been successfully activated.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
