I’m having an issue with my telephony integration (using Twilio + ElevenLabs conversational AI). When a call comes in, it fails almost instantly, and I get a “WebSocket Close Error” on the Twilio side. In the ElevenLabs dashboard, I can’t access any call or conversation logs—when I try the Conversations tab, I just get a “Page not found” message. There are also no logs under Integrations.
Questions:
How can I access detailed call logs, error logs, or server-side info for debugging?
Is this feature available on my account/tier?
Any advice on resolving the WebSocket Close Error between Twilio and ElevenLabs?
