Could you please provide more details about what you need help with? This will allow me to assist you better.
Even though I select only one voice (for example: Milo – Calm, Soothing, Meditative), and my text is under 3,000 characters, the system still generates two separate voice blocks after clicking “Generate Speech,” even though both blocks use the same voice.
I’ve made sure to:
Only select one voice.
Avoid clicking “Add speaker.”
Keep the text in a single continuous paragraph.
Despite this, ElevenLabs splits the output into two parts, as if I had selected multiple voices. I just want a single, continuous audio file using one voice. Can you help me resolve this?
It seems like the issue might be related to how the system processes longer text inputs. ElevenLabs may automatically split the text into smaller sections for generation, even if only one voice is selected. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:
-
Use the Projects Feature: Instead of generating speech directly, you can use the Studio or Projects module. This allows you to manage and combine multiple audio segments into a single export. Even if the system splits the text, you can merge the output into one continuous file.
-
Break Down the Text: If the text is close to the 3,000-character limit, try splitting it into smaller sections manually (e.g., under 1,000 characters) and generating each section separately. Then, combine the audio files using the Projects module or external audio editing software.
-
Check for Hidden Formatting: Ensure there are no hidden formatting issues in your text, such as line breaks or special characters, which might cause the system to split the output.
If the issue persists despite these steps, you may want to reach out to the customer support team for further assistance. You can submit a ticket using the Help Center.
Hi! The signup page on your site is completely broken. Dozens of essential JS files return 404 errors, and the browser console shows multiple client-side exceptions like TypeError, ReferenceError, and WebGL context loss. Tried multiple browsers/devices. Please help!
For client-side errors like the ones you're experiencing, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Clear Cache: On a Windows PC, press
Ctrl+F5to refresh the page and clear the cache. - Clear Cookies: Clear cookies in your browser settings.
- Log Out and Log Back In: If you're logged in, try logging out and then logging back in.
- Try a Different Browser or Device: Use an alternative browser (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Opera) or device to see if the issue persists.
- Wait for a Few Hours: Sometimes, these errors resolve themselves after a short period.
If none of these steps work, please reach out to the support team for further assistance. You can submit a ticket using the ticket form.
Thanks. I’ve already cleared cache and cookies, tried different browsers and devices, and waited for several hours. The issue isn’t on my end — the browser console shows that your site is returning 404 errors for dozens of critical JS files, and also for API endpoints like /user-pre-sign-up. Please escalate this internally — the site is broken.
