@warm lily The agent is picking up background noise. We are facing a major issue due to this. The caller doesnt answer for long but the agent keeps talking. This is one of the many calls where this is happening:conv_01jxn23207fbdaf2mn06kqm8de. This is creating a problem. We face a high volume of calls daily, this issue is very frequent. Please consider it urgent and resolve this at the earliest

+1 to this. Since the release of v2 it has become more frequent. With out without background noisy, the agent in interrupts 1-2 out of 5 calls which frustrates callers. Apparently the client sdk already leverages the noise cancelling constraints of the browser so it seems to be something related to the turn taking agent. Any clues?
