The "Unusual activity detected" error occurs when our system flags multiple free accounts being accessed from the same IP address. Unfortunately, once an account is flagged, we cannot remove the block for free tier accounts. However, there are two ways to resolve this issue:
- Upgrade to a paid subscription: Paid accounts are immune to this restriction. The Starter plan is available for $5/month and includes additional features.
- Use a unique IP address: Access ElevenLabs from a different network or an IP address that hasn't been flagged by the system.
If you have further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.
None of those Methods Will work for me. I didn't created multiple accounts someone from my house did. So it's not my fault. I hope you understand
The "Unusual activity detected" error occurs when the system flags an account due to multiple accounts being created from the same IP address. This can happen even if you personally did not create multiple accounts, as the system detects activity from shared networks, such as households, schools, or offices.
Unfortunately, once an account has been flagged, there is no way to unflag it. To resolve this issue, you have two options:
-
Purchase a subscription: Paid subscriptions, starting at $5 for the Starter tier, are immune to this restriction. This tier also provides additional features compared to the free tier. You can explore subscription options on the Subscription Page.
-
Use a unique IP address: Access ElevenLabs from an IP address that has not been flagged by the abuse detection system. This could involve using a different network or contacting your internet provider for assistance.
We understand this situation can be frustrating, but these measures are in place to prevent abuse of the free tier. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out.
Please There has to be a fix. How about deleting the dublicate Account?
We understand your concern, but we cannot take action on or discuss details of other accounts. If someone else in your household created the duplicate account, they would need to log in to their account and delete it themselves. They can do this by going to the profile section on the ElevenLabs website and using the "Delete account" button. Please note that this process is permanent.
If you believe your account has been flagged in error, you can reach out to our support team using the email address associated with your ElevenLabs account for further assistance.
I'm saying if I force the other family member who created the account to delete the account then, there will be only one account in this IP. Will it solve the problem?

If the duplicate account is deleted, it may resolve the issue, but I cannot guarantee this. If the problem persists, you may need to contact the customer support team directly for further assistance. You can reach them using the ticket form.
