trying the multilingual features
- the user experience of adding languages is clunky -- i don't know if i'm supposed to add the langauges in both the agent + the voice, 2. when i added it in both, i tried speaking two different languages and it doesn't seem to switch langauges smoothly. 3. vietnamese still sucks. it doesn't work. 4. still can't speak in a way where it's 90% vietnamese and 10% english -- which is standard (especially in america, people don't speak 100% vietnamese)
