Ok so I'm out of ideas
If I could look at your code / request bodies maybe I could see something. Pretty sure 11labs devs or support would ask the same. You can remove your data from all of it since it doesn't really matter and you can redact any IDs.
If you are not comfortable doing that you can reach out to the support team, I'm pretty sure that's the better way of doing it instead of pinging Angelo and Kacper here
