@hazy aspen I'm using Twilio, and sharing that phone number on some real estate classified websites. Those websites insert their own phone number in-between, and before connecting the user, will say a pre-registered message. i.e. "Phonecall from Immobiliare.it"

this would have to be for a dynamic number of seconds per call or a fixed amount?
my only concern is here that this makes voicemail detection a bit harder. eg: you tell the agent sleep for the first ten seconds, that might cut out the voice mail that we need to detect to not waste time in calls that should be hung up
ah it seems i misunderstood, this would only be for inbound calls right?
