i have been trying to restart my membership with them to create voiceovers for my content and when i click on the $22 creator plan all i get is a loading wheel that never takes me to checkout.....the few times i have eventually gotten to the stripe checkout page, it says my card is being declined, whether it be my bank card, my venmo card or my paypal card (all have enough of a balance on the card obviously) they are all coming back declined. I have emailed the team at eleven labs for over a week now, no response. Someone please help!
