I tested my mic with Voice Changer and it was working. All of the settings are correct for my mic in Chrome. But the voice verification for making a professional voice failed 5 times. It said it was recording but the waveform graphic wasn't moving when I was speaking. I'm using the same microphone I used to record all of the audio clips.

Hmm very odd, maybe another tab still had mic permissions? I've had a similar issue in the past with other sites on Chrome. Anyway if you open a support ticket the team can reset your attempts so you don't have to wait 24 hours for them to reset. If you open the ticket, let me know the ticket number and I'll see if I can get it sorted for you. When you go to try again, I recommend opening a brand new window and trying again to eliminate outside factors as much as possible..
