Most of the issues are around understanding. The speaking is ok. The accent is funny but understandable

based on the transcript i see, it's not even capturing at all what the caller is saying

the second conversation, it says "Cảm ơn các bạn đã theo dõi và hẹn gặp lại.", which means “Thank you for watching and see you next time.” but in actuality, the user says something like do you have any appointment tomorrow

it captured completely different words. it seems to have just made up something
