Hello! How can we assist you? Please provide more details about your issue or question, and we'll do our best to help.
hi I just dubbed a video and it failed an dit took over 150000 credits!!! how do i get them back!
Credits are typically refunded for failed dubbing attempts. If your credits were deducted and not refunded, you can check by hovering over the "failed" status in your past dubs. It should indicate whether the credits were reimbursed.
If the credits were not refunded, refrain from deleting the failed dub and share a screenshot of your past dubbing attempts with the customer support team. They can investigate further and assist with reimbursement. You can submit a ticket using the Ticket Form.
what else can i do to receive a faster answer
If your dubbing attempt failed and credits were deducted, typically, credits are automatically refunded for failed attempts. You can check if the refund was processed by hovering over the failed status. If the credits were not refunded, please refrain from deleting the failed dubbing attempt, as it helps in further investigation.
For a faster resolution, you can contact the customer support team directly. They can assist you with the refund process and investigate the issue further. You can reach out to them through the ticket form.
I did and replyed that they will not return my credits...i provided evidence and didnt help
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with the credits. If you've already contacted support and provided evidence, but the issue remains unresolved, I recommend following up with them for further clarification. Make sure to provide all relevant details, such as the specific tool you were using and any error messages you encountered. This information can help them investigate the issue more thoroughly. If you haven't already, you might also want to check if there are any specific guidelines or recommendations for using the dubbing feature to avoid similar issues in the future.
