Hi, I'm a fix. I use elevenlabs for a charity organisation I work for, this is the email address, childrens%%@gmail.com , I tried to use it today and it said unusual activity, then I opened an elevenlabs account with my personal email hello%%@gmail.com and it said the same thing. Something about an IP address, I promise I'm not trying to cheat the system and my card doesn't work for international payments if not I would have subscribed please if there's anything that can be done to lift the ban. Please I really need to get this work done.
