okay, I think I know the issue, some not converted blocks are using deleted voice and we cannot calculate the cost, I'm a bit confused why it started happening for you all out of sudden, hmm...

We'll be able to take a look at it only a bit later in the week, is this blocking you? If I understand situation correctly, you should be able to work by converting the paragraphs, or you could find the paragraphs that are not converted and are using deleted voice, you should be able to change the voice for them. But I understand it's not ideal, so we're going to push fix as soon as possible.

Nah, it's fine. I can wait and manually do it this week.
I know why it happened by the way.
I always to conversion by chapter, and the later chapters all have usable voices. However, I accidentally hit "convert project" this time, and there are a ton of unavailable voices earlier in the project.
I never bothered removing them as I already moved on from those chapters.

@opaque cipher did this get looked at? I'm still getting the spinning ball. I'm going to go through and change the dead voices but in the mean time, can we stop the conversion so I can continue?
Never mind! I went through and swapped out all the unavailable voices, and that fixed it. Thanks!
