#why aren't any of my text-to-speech generations for my pvc not appearing in my custom voice preview
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
To set a custom voice preview for your Professional Voice Clone, ensure you've generated text-to-speech (TTS) audio with the voice first. Here’s how you can do it:
- Go to My Voices and locate your Professional Voice Clone.
- Select "Use Voice" to open the Speech Synthesis interface with your voice pre-selected.
- Enter a text between 70-149 characters and click "Generate speech."
- After generating the speech, return to My Voices, find your voice, and open its detailed view.
- Click the "Share" icon to access the Voice Model Sharing options.
- In the sharing options, enable sharing and discovery in the Voice Library. Then, use the dropdown menu under "Custom voice preview" to select the recently generated audio.
Only audio that meets the 70-149 character length requirement will appear as an option for the custom preview. If you still cannot see any options, ensure the audio was generated correctly and wait a few minutes for it to process. If the issue persists, try generating another TTS sample or reach out for further assistance.
can i still change the labels of my published pvc?
Yes, you can change the labels and description of your Professional Voice Clone (PVC) even after it has been created. However, keep in mind that other aspects of the PVC, such as the sample voice, cannot be modified once the PVC is created. If you wish to make changes to the voice itself, you would need to delete the existing PVC and create a new one.
how do i change the labels of my published pvc?
You can change the labels, names, and descriptions of your Professional Voice Clone (PVC) in your "My Voices" section. However, these changes will not reflect on the shared version of your voice if it has already been published in the Voice Library. To edit shared attributes, you need to set these values when sharing your voice in the Voice Library.
if i remove my pvc, does it totally delete the whole thing?
Yes, if you remove your Professional Voice Clone (PVC), it will result in the permanent loss of the old data. There is no way to archive or start a new voice using the old data. If your PVC is shared in the Voice Library and has a guarantee period, you cannot delete it until the notice period has passed. You can only remove a PVC before the voice verification process starts or after it's completed.
