I'm building a simple experience around this functinoality that I'm looking to launch in 2 weeks. but it could be Dead on arrival if such hiccups happen randomly 😦

This could be the same as my issue where after the initial response it doesn’t hear my reply. I have to repeat myself. This is via twilio.
If I test on the web, it sometimes never reply’s and gets stuck.
I was working on this in early December with no issues like this.

I havent ovecome the issue. Ive tried:

Shortening the system prompt
Tried different LLMs
Tried a different voice
Reduced Turn timeout

The issue is the same item 1 here

But in my senario it is immediately after the First message. My reply is missed, if i then repeat it or say something else it is captured and can see this in the transcript. It is like after First message these is some delay in listening and capturing my reply

I see, yes, there may be an issue when first message is too short

#

I would either suggest leaving it empty or making it a bit longer
