Please let us know approximately how many credits were consumed during the conversion of your updated file. Once we have that information, we can assist you further. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out.
I had already converted 10 thousand But the changes were like 2 thousand. I had 19 thousand left, and it took them all.
When you make changes to your project, credits are consumed based on the total length of the updated sections. If you modify any text or the assigned voice of a paragraph, you need to rerun the conversion process, which will consume credits only for the updated sections. The convert button only affects unconverted parts or modified sections, so clicking it multiple times without changes should not incur additional charges.
If you believe there was an error in credit usage, please open a ticket via the ticket form for further assistance.
There was an error I only made like 5-6 word changes of isolate words and 2 paragraphs this is so unfair
It sounds like the entire file was regenerated, which used up more credits than expected. To minimize costs in the future, try to regenerate only the specific sections that have changed.
If you need further assistance with your account or credits, please open a ticket via our ticket form. Our support team will be happy to help you.
