Are you able to GET the caller info from the CallSid? I was not having luck getting that info for some reason using the Tools.

We are working on the same kind of thing... a tool that can take the info and then forward a call to another Twilio number or outside phone number. @tame rock

Hey! So I havent dived in yet. I wanted to see if it was possible first. I havent had anytime this week to mess with the agent. I plan on it though later in the week if I can get caught up on my other projects. Let me know if you make any progress or hear anything

My agent current can check inventory and half the time sends emails to the user with details of the inventory along with a url. But for deeper questions I will need it to forward the call to different departments where either another AI Agent answers or a real person answers.

thanks! Yeah, it's a work in progress on our side. We are making this for multiple businesses and not just one, so we'll need the ability to receive and parse all the info that comes from Twilio in the CallSid. Not sure why that is not coming through automatically but i'm sure it just hasn't been built or deployed by EL yet. Are you using N8N for the email tool or direct integration?

direct integration but n8n may not be a bad idea. I am using Resend API.
