Hi there. I have a project chapter that was exported with the wrong voice (wasting a large amount of credits that I'm hoping can be refunded).
The project had 3 chapters. 2 of the 3 worked fine. The voice I selected (and wanted) was set as both the project default and also in the ribbon in the chapter page. After converting and downloading one of the chapter files, a different voice was used, wasting ~20,000 credits for that chapter.
This particular project used text from a previous project. That is, the project with the failed export was a re-voicing of a previous project. Both projects were entered separately in the project library. The failed export had the old voice from the previous project.
I’d like to try converting and exporting the failed project chapter again, but I’m scared to waste more credits.

Did you just copy and paste the text from the old project into the new one? If so probably there was some underlying metadata that was also copied across. I suggest you copy and paste to notepad or something similar then do the same back to the project tab.
