Hi there, would you mind letting me know which browser was it not working on?
We will push some clearer error message when browser has trouble connecting to our service.
Sorry for the issue and I hope it's working well on Chrome.

Thanks, we will investigate but it will take a few days, not an easy fix this one I'm afraid. I hope using Chrome in the meantime is a good enough workaround.
