It seems like there might be an issue with the visibility or status of your created voices. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Check Filters: Ensure that no filters are applied in your voice library that might be hiding your voices. Set the Voice type to "Any" to see all available voices.
Voice Sharing: If the voices were shared in the community library, they might have been disabled by the original creator. This can happen if the creator decides to stop sharing the voice.
Subscription Limits: Verify if you have reached any limits on your subscription plan regarding the number of voices you can create or maintain.

The voices are there, they just are lined out and it says they are disabled. I created them as I said they were Voice Designed so no one else created them.
And it is all of the voices I created that are disabled.
