Hello, our Elevenlabs Account got somehow deleted. The support couldn't help us so we've created a new one.
My question is, if theres a chance that we can recover the voices we've used from our voice library? We've extensively used the api and have backups of the voiceids etc..

Sorry, if support couldn't help you there is nothing that can be done. Discord moderators do not have access to anything such as user accounts.

If they were from the Voice Library you should be able to add most of them back if you can find them. If they were cloned you could use the same samples and clone them in the new account.

Thanks for the answer right away! Our initial support ticket was only for the deletion of our account, because we were not sure how it got deleted. Might as well open a new one and ask for the voice library.

I am doubtful unfortunately but may as well ask. It does specifically say the account was "deleted" when you try to log in right? Just want to be sure it definitely isn't a login issue.
