Regarding the text heading, sorry, that's disappointing, I'll take another stab next week.
I tested it by using Voiceover in MacOS and I used Tab on the keyboard to focus the text heading or pressed slash, and it read out the first option when dialog appeared, and when I pressed down arrow I was able to hear the second option. Pressing Enter would change the text style and closed the dialog, so I hoped it worked. I might need to figure out a way to test it on Windows and see if there's any difference.

Thanks for the hints regarding shortcuts, I'm sure we will figure out something.
