If you've failed all five of your verification attempts during the creation of your professional voice clone, you will need to reach out to support so they can look into it for you. If everything looks correct, they will remove the verification attempt and then you can redo the process from the start.
When doing the verification, please be mindful of your setup. Make sure that your web browser is allowed to use your microphone and that you are not muted. Also, ensure that the recorded audio from your computer microphone sounds similar to the audio uploaded for cloning, without any background noise or other external audio interference.
If you've already raised a ticket and haven't received a response yet, please be patient. The support team will get back to you as soon as they can.
Going through the same since last week, Hindi language verification dint work for me even after trying multiple times.
