Your subscription will automatically renew with each billing cycle and you will receive a new character quota. If you have unused characters from your previous billing cycle, up to twice your usual character quota will automatically rollover into your new character quota.
For example, if you're on the Starter plan and you had 200,000 unused characters from your previous character quota, your new character quota would be 300,000 characters: 200,000 characters rolled over from your previous billing cycle + 100,000 new character quota.
If you upgrade your subscription in the middle of an ongoing cycle, any remaining unused quota will be added to your new character quota and your billing cycle will reset. If you downgrade your subscription, this does not take effect until the end of your current billing cycle, and unused characters are not rolled over.
4,977 are remaining, so I will get 4,977/2 extra on the next month?
Yes, that's correct. If you have unused characters from your previous billing cycle, up to twice your usual character quota will automatically rollover into your new character quota. For example, if you had 4,977 unused characters from your previous character quota, your new character quota would include these rolled over characters. However, the total of rolled over characters and new quota cannot exceed twice your usual character quota.
Thanks 🙂
