To solve this, you will have to use a voice—preferably a professional voice clone—speaking the language you want the AI to speak with the accent you want the AI to have.

I've cloned a voice of a user speaking clear european portuguese. I've tried with samples of 1 min, 3 mins, 5 mins. I cannot make the AI speak european portuguese. It always speaks brazilian portuguese.
Even with instructions like "Eu sou português e vivo em Portugal" (I am portuguese and live in Portugal) as suggested by some users.
