I'm very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, then It does make sense why you would not be able to log in.

You should have received an email. In that email, you should be able to dispute the ban if you think it's unwarranted (which I would suspect it is), and someone will review your case as soon as possible.

I sent in the appeal. The main issue is that I have no idea what to appeal. But, I sent it in anyway.
