On Google Play when I try to install the app. The device model is Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, however I'm running a custom ROM which makes my phone show up as Google Pixel 6 Pro.

Ahh, that's why. We don't allow custom ROMs.

Google can't verify if device is rooted or not, and therefore it won't run

Ok, so changing device or rom to non rooted should fix an issue

We don't run on rooted devices to avoid identity theft and intelectual property theft (which is the audio)

Unfortunately I can't neither change my phone or revert to the original ROM. So sadly I won't be able to test and provide feedback in this case.

Yes, or at least allow the app to be installed and display a warning in the app directly. This way I would've known what's the reason directly.
