Got another recording of it happening. Again, I have been using the app for about three hours when it had this act up as soon as I close the app and reopened it fix the problem.

I can confirm that when it does this, it starts reading from the last chapter I played
I’ve also noticed some verbal stuttering mid sentence but nothing that I could catch on recording and if I go back and listen to the same sentence again, it doesn’t stutter
Interestingly, enough, when I open the app again then the chapter it was buggily reading from and the paragraph that the reader was speaking shows as the last stopping point. And the chapter I was actually on shows has not been read at all.
