@sturdy hamlet have you tried killing the app and running again? We had to apply an update, which gets applied only after app restart
Yeah, I'm trying a reinstall now
Okay still not working, here's what I tried:
- Installed 1.0.5 (56), restarted phone, tried to use reader. Still got "error starting player" message.
- Reinstalled 1.0.5 (59), restarted phone, attempted to reload a page for the reader to read...still got "error starting player" message
confirmed, not a specific site issue either. Tried a number of different sites
would it be helpful to submit a report via testflight?
@sturdy hamlet yes, please submit a report via TestFlight. We see it works now for majority of users but don’t in your case. TY!
I see test flight just updated with a new release version 1.0.6 (65).
Updating to that has resolved my issue.
