Ok, I spoke with Stripe. They don’t even show an active 11 labs account for me. I’m not sure what to do at this point.
The card listed requires confirmation before I change it, but stripe says I have no ElevenLabs account with them so they can not assist.
I used the link on the ElevenLabs stripe payment set up page, just to be clear. Ugh 😑
Okay then probably the ElevenLabs support team should be your next step..
