So you've tried multiple browsers and devices, have you tried the long route. Clicking Convert -> Convert -> Versions -> Download?

Yeah, for smaller chapters that works but nothing longer than 13 minutes

That is very odd. Could you open a ticket with support? They will most likely ask yyou to make a jam.dev recording for engineering to look into it closer.

Does it create a new version each time you just can't download it?

When I hit download nothing happens at all. For the longer chapters, I can do Chapter Versions -> Play but that will only create the first 13:10 and truncate there
