#Ran out of credits on the biggest commercial plan

Hi guys!

We have run out of credits while on your biggest (330$/m) commercial plan, and since there are no bigger commercial plans to upgrade to, I could only reach out to you through the Contact Sales button. This issue is affecting our customers, hence I am writing with urgency.

I already submitted the Contact Sales form (to discuss an enterprise plan), but until then, would there be a way for you to enable us more credits? We are happy to pay for them at the current rate, for until we have agreed on a larger plan.

A swift response would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @umbral willow ,

You can activate usage-based billing which will allow you to seamlessly extend your monthly allotment without needing to upgrade or wait for it to reset. You can find this option on your subscription page.
