We have run out of credits while on your biggest (330$/m) commercial plan, and since there are no bigger commercial plans to upgrade to, I could only reach out to you through the Contact Sales button. This issue is affecting our customers, hence I am writing with urgency.
I already submitted the Contact Sales form (to discuss an enterprise plan), but until then, would there be a way for you to enable us more credits? We are happy to pay for them at the current rate, for until we have agreed on a larger plan.
A swift response would be greatly appreciated.
